EnGenX Meets All New Requirments Starting 2012: EnGenX is able to meet all current and future requirments effective 2012. The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has recently moved towards the strictest approach for its new requirements for electronic onboard recorders. The rule will go into effect June 1, 2012 stating that carriers who violate hours of service rules 10 percent of the time must use electronic onboard recorders to track drivers’ hours.
