EnGenX, LLC is a subsidiary of CP Technologies, LLC, a privately held company founded in 2003. Our Board of Directors consists of the two co-founders/managing partners, top equity holders, and strategic advisors.
EnGenX is positioned to grow aggressively with all M2M products throughout the U.S., Canada and UK. Funding for aggressive growth and support has been completed. Additional rounds of investment are not anticipated for the near term.
